How do you hide user accounts from the Windows XP Login screen?

Question by thelazychicken93: How do you hide user accounts from the Windows XP Login screen? I’m using a Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. Does anybody knows how to hide an user account without disabling it? I’m fine if I need to tweak the registry manually (though I know the risks) but preferably not downloading another program. I managed to remove most of them so far and get the computer back to normal, but for some reason the Welcome Screen and the Fast User Switching stopped working.
