I had a worm or virus a few weeks ago which norton says made 800+ registry changes. System restore is messed up, and my main user profile is messed up but other user profiles work fine except when you log in it pops up a message saying windows cant find the user enviornment file. im wondering if i can copy a file that loads on startup or something and replace it with the old ones to fix my main profile

Just create a new one and copy over what you need from it.

i dont think u can but if u want to delete all the virus u will need program like avast or malwarebytes these product are really good specially malware i made a quick scan in 4 min i found out that my pc had 28 virus and even they delete it ill give u the source
